By enrolling in lessons, booking services, or using this website, you agree to the following legally binding terms.

 

 

 

1. Lesson Services

 

 

CNB Drum School provides private drum instruction and related educational services.

 

All standard lessons are 30 minutes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

CNB Drum School reserves the right to modify lesson structure, curriculum, scheduling, or format at its sole discretion.

 

 

 

2. Payment Terms

 

 

• Payment is due in advance of scheduled lessons unless otherwise agreed.

• All sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued for completed lessons.

• Missed lessons without proper notice are non-refundable.

• Returned payments (including chargebacks) may result in immediate termination of services.

 

 

CNB Drum School reserves the right to refuse service for nonpayment.

 

 

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

 

• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling.

• Lessons canceled with less than 24-hour notice are forfeited.

• No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Emergency exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of CNB Drum School.

 

 

Repeated cancellations may result in removal from the schedule.

 

 

 

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability (Nevada Compliant Language)

 

 

Participation in drum instruction involves physical movement and the use of musical equipment.

 

By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

 

• Minor physical injury

• Hearing strain

• Equipment-related injury

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted under Nevada law, you release and hold harmless CNB Drum School and Christopher Nahshon Burr from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in lessons.

 

 

 

5. Indemnification

 

 

You agree to indemnify and defend CNB Drum School against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from:

 

• Student misconduct

• Violation of these terms

• Damage caused to property or equipment

 

 

 

 

6. Media Release

 

 

Unless written notice is provided in advance, you grant CNB Drum School permission to use photos or videos taken during lessons or performances for marketing and promotional purposes.

 

No compensation will be provided for such use.

 

 

 

7. Code of Conduct

 

 

Students must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior.

 

CNB Drum School reserves the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, for:

 

• Disruptive conduct

• Unsafe behavior

• Harassment

• Damage to equipment

 

 

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the maximum extent permitted under Nevada law:

 

CNB Drum School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

 

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent lesson.

 

 

 

9. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

 

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Nevada.

 

 

 

10. Modifications

 

 

CNB Drum School reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
