Refund Policy

All lesson fees, packages, deposits, and services purchased through CNB Drum School are non-refundable.

 

By booking a lesson or purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

• All sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued for completed lessons.

• No refunds will be issued for missed lessons without proper notice.

• No refunds will be issued due to scheduling conflicts.

• No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction after services have been rendered.

• No refunds will be issued for failure to use purchased lesson time.

 

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in forfeiture of that lesson.

• No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Emergency exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of CNB Drum School.

 

 

 

Accessibility & Refunds

 

 

In the event a user experiences difficulty accessing the website or booking platform, CNB Drum School will make reasonable efforts to assist the user in completing the booking process through alternative communication methods (such as phone or email).

 

However, technical difficulties, accessibility concerns, or third-party platform errors do not entitle a user to a refund once a lesson or service has been booked or rendered.
